岗位职责：
1、负责招聘、培训各模块工作的开展；
2、制定人事政策和制度，建设和运行人力资源各项管理体系；
3、实施绩效管理，指导、监控绩效管理过程，分析绩效结果；
4、协助拟定各部门薪酬方案，制定薪酬建议，监控用工成本；
5、维护员工关系，帮助员工培养企业文化意识及归属感、认同感；
6、完成总经理交办的工作任务，组合优化现有资源，提出合理化建议，供上级决策。

7、负责按用人标准配备齐全各类人才，人尽其才，合理调配员工到最适当的岗位上，做好人才挖掘、引进工作。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，性别不限；
2、两年以上同等岗位工作经验，五年以上人力资源工作经验，有外贸行业经验者优先；
3、对人力资源规划、招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬福利、劳动关系管理各模块以及企业文化建设等工作有深刻的理解和丰富的实际操作经验，并能独挡一面。

4、执行管理人员测评、培养、继任等的日常管理工作，满足公司发展所必需的管理人才提供；
5、具备较强的领导及管理能力，善于沟通，具备出色的组织协调能力及分析判断能力；
6、积极主动，有亲和力，有责任心，工作效率高，愿意并能够承受工作压力；
7、思路清晰，具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力，为人正直，具有亲和力；

8、熟悉国家劳动法规及广州市人事工作办事流程；
9、具有较强的写作能力，熟练拟订各项规章制度，熟练操作办公软件；
10、能熟练操作电脑办公软件，具有较强的组织协调能力、语言文字能力、业务实施能力。
