广州招聘

岗位职责：

1、负责天猫/旗舰店店铺的日常运营工作，优化店铺及商品排名、优化产品关键词、产品详情页、规划制定爆款的方案，提高店铺点击率、浏览量、转化率及销售额；

2、熟练运用站内外推广工具，包括不限于直通车、超级推荐、钻展等；

3、负责店铺活动策划、官方活动报名及商品优惠设置，跟进活动效果，提升店铺名气，聚集流量和人气；

4、进行店铺产品运营，结合公司及竞品情况，配合公司政策优化产品线；

5、对店铺数据负责，统计每日/周/月相关流量、转化率、客单价等，进行有效分析，优化营销策略；

6、协助美工对店铺页面进行调整或优化；

7、完成上级领导交代的其他任务。

职位要求：

1、电子商务、计算机专业优先；

2、2年以上天猫运营经验，有膳食营养类目运营经验者优先；

3、熟悉天猫平台运作规则，能熟练运用站内外推广工具；
