岗位职责：

1、负责会议现场视频会议设备的运行正常；

2、负责会议现场重要会议保障及技术支撑；

3、对会场视频会议设备进行日常巡检、按需调整、例行维护、故障处理、故障记录等工作；

4、发现产品问题，提出解决方案； 

5、根据服务请求完成关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络、办公设备等方面的安装、管理、维护；

6、解决排除各种硬件故障,定期升级系统,保证系统顺利运行；

7、完成项目负责人交办的其它任务。

任职要求：

1、中专或以上学历，有两年及以上相关工作经验； 

2、熟悉专业音视频系统、智能会议系统组成原理；对视频系统的国内外品牌接触较多；

3、较强的表达能力及与客户沟通能力，良好的分析问题和实际动手能力，良好的学习和创新能力； 

4、责任心强，具有敬业、团队合作精神；

5、具备一定的电工理论知识与实操能力，持有效的电工上岗证。
