岗位职责:

1、Set-up new manufacturing line in China.
协助主任工程师建立中国区的新生产线，独立完成新工艺验证及设备验收；
2、Industrialization of new products developed by R&D Department.
与研发部门对接，实现新产品工业化生产；
3、Development of new manufacturing technology or solution in order to increase production capacity and decrease cost of production with high quality standard based on technology roadmap aligned with Global Engineering.
以保持集团全球工程技术发展计划及保持高质量水准为前提，提高生产能力、降低制造成品问题、研发新制造技术。
4、Performances improvement of existing manufacturing technology through CIP tools such as lean, 6 sigma or other approach and production support to secure production performance.
以CIP工具（如精益、6 Sigma等），改进现有工艺及技术以不断提升制造水平；
5、Ensures compliance with applicable state, federal, and international regulations and standards.
确保生产流程和技术符合全球各区域行业法规和标准；
6、Contributes to continuous process optimization and its standardization within global Group.
与全球团队合作进行持续性流程优化和标准化。

Oppertunity to be trained abroad and complete engineering tasks in English speaking environment in sister plants in USA and Europe.
有机会亲赴欧美参与培训计划及工程实验项目。

任职资格:

1、Bachelor or Master degree or above in optical engineering.
光学工程专业全日制本科/硕士学历；
2、2 years’ process engineering experience in optical component (camera, lens, optic) manufacturing industry, and six sigma principles. With rich experience of optical performance evaluation, optical component quality inspection. Process validation experience in high quality requirement industry (medical and pharmaceutical industry, semiconductor industry) is preferred.
2年或以上光学部件（如镜头、镜片等）工艺工作经验，具备丰富的光学性能评估、光学元件质量检测经验。具备高质量要求产业(医药行业，半导体行业)工艺验证从业经验者为优。
3、Experience in software programming (such as C/C++) and optical design software (such as ZEMAX) applications.
具备软件编程(如C / C++)和光学设计软件(如ZEMAX)应用经验；
4、Experience of data analysis (JMP, SPC, MATLAB) and DOE principles.
具备数据分析(如JMP, SPC, MATLAB)和DOE实验设计的应用经验；
5、Experience of intercontinental production line transfer and process equipment installation/validation/trouble shooting is preferred.
具备跨洲际国家生产线转移和工艺设备安装/验证/故障排除经验者为优；
6、Comprehensive experience of using tools and methods for process engineering and lean manufacturing.
具备运用各种工具和方法进行工艺工程和精益生产的综合经验；
7、Ability to play key role in teamwork with proven communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff.
能够在团队合作中发挥关键作用，具备能与各层级员工交流的良好的沟通技巧；
8、Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin, in both written and verbal form. Experience working in a multinational company and oversea working experience is a plus.
普通话及英语听说读写流利，具备跨国公司及海外工作经验为优。
