Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of fits (bra, lingerie and swim wear) and have technical ability to finalize a fit to Brands needs.
- Must have experience in patterns, garment measurements, shrinkage, grade rules and sizing for Lingerie products, especially for Bra.
- Must have good knowledge in fabric and finish of garment.
- Knowledgeable on complex construction and value engineering
- Must be organized and have strong and effective English in both verbal and written communication skills.
Resposibilities:
- Manage all technical requirements to successfully execute the garment development process from initial sample to pre-production samples.
- Deliver manufacturing ready product to field and brands in working with the field
- Anticipate and help to resolve quality issues during preproduction stage, and acting as first line of inquiry on product issues based on general product knowledge
- Coordinate & follow up with the modelist &/or concern parties if necessary in terms of fitting and patterning problem.
- Approve paper patterns & size grading submitted by supplier, comment & make necessary adjustments if needed, communicate all changes to factories before transmitting through the Lectra system for Buyer’s Technical Team’s review & approval.
- Evaluate documentation of comments concisely & accurately at all stages to support effective integration of key internal & external stakeholders to meet all timeline process & relevant milestones.
- Ensure the progress of migration of paper pattern copies collection for internal and paper patterns, blocks library maintenance & grading alterations into our key suppliers.
