We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Architecture Manager.
Principal responsibilities
-Accountable for ensuring the products & services are supported by the right architectures and solutions meet the customer needs
-Accountable for ensuring the design of the product solutions are cost effective and maintained through the agile development lifecycle, managing the flow of the backlog of design activities
-Working with Ops Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc) are resolved and that any design related issues are addressed in a timely manner
-Convert requirements into actionable product/service requirements that feed
-Technology solutions development & influence service direction
-Responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with the platform architecture and roadmap, group standards and policies and the overall enterprise architecture for their function

Requirements
-5+ years of IT experience in financial industry of including IT architecture
-Preferably with experience in development and project/people management roles
-Experience in development and support of mission critical business applications a plus
-Experience in strategic planning on IT application/technology roadmap
-Have experience in SpringBoot / SpringCloud / Mulesoft API and Gateway / AWS or GCP or AliCloud infrastructure technologies, familiar with security patterns like OAuth or equivalent.
-Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
-Ability to explain complex technical solutions to audiences at different technical knowledge
-Ability to articulate business case for IT investments to business
-Build relationships with senior/key stakeholders rapidly
-Sound knowledge of Fintect and innovative technologies, design patterns and keep abreast of latest technology trends
-Experience in designing complex distributed / API service oriented / micro services style and cloud based systems, with focus on scalability, maintainability and extensibility
-Experience in designing integrations between different systems, working with different teams and driving an agreement on the technologies and methods to use
-Practitioner of agile methodologies
