We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Management Officer.
Principal responsibilities
-Provision of logistical and administrative support to the programme Leads for the activities within the region
-Support the end to end onboarding process of new hires into the services as per plan
- Identification, documentation, and management of Risks and Issues pertaining to the delivery activities within the region.
-Support of formalised change control processes including logging, tracking and reporting progress
-Engagement with / support of the governance process and forums required to report delivery status and management of any issues or risk mitigation required
- Support the central team in information requests and resulting actions

Requirements
-Demonstrable experience of Programme Management Office (PMO) - RAID management, Resourcing & financials
-Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the technology teams
-Strong Microsoft office skills especially excel and Powerpoint
-Experience of other software tools and methodologies (Sharepoint, JIRA, Agile)
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral
- Knowledge of HSBC systems and processes an advantage
-Banking or Financial services Experience an advantage especially within IT function
