We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
Principal responsibilities
-- Be able to work with team in support DevOps tools in the area of Source Code Management such as GitHub，Rational Team Concert, TeamSite implementation or daily support.
- Maintaining Service sustainability and self-healing/auto-healing activities for high availability.
- Be able to provide technical guidance at DevOps tools solution, and manage task including resource estimation, schedule estimation, risk management and issue escalation.
- Be responsible to support infrastructure framework maintenance, upgrade and DR-test, DevOps tools and Process consultancy, support and implementation
- Join in 24*7 hours global support model to provide technical consultancy and problem resolution.
- Administrate the existing DevOps tools implementation
- Be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with your role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy

Requirements
- A university graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology or engineering or a related discipline. 2-3 years production/product support experience.
- Strong problem resolving and consulting skills. Sound communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English is essential
- Positive and proactive attitude, a good team player with passion for excellence
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated personality with excellent time management skills and a strong sense of initiative
- Development experience in UNIX/Linux shell scripting, operating system experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux is preferable
- Able to work with business and technology clients to identify/define the business requirements and suggest practical solutions
- Have IT experience in system support, preferably working for investment banking business, previous experience in using Java, SQL, shell scripting would be beneficial
- Proven experience in using DevOps tool set such as working knowledge on Jenkins is preferable
