Role Purpose / Description
Principal responsibilities
Wealth and Private Banking IT COO team supports all IT development teams globally to ensure a professional, consistent and integrated set of processes and procedures are established to manage Portfolios, Resources and Costs, etc.
Job Duties:
-Publish financial reports
-Monitoring charge cost and direct cost
-Support Change the Bank (CTB) budget interlock process
-Co-ordinate Billing queries / adjustment
-Co-ordinate software capitalization and impairment process
-Support Annual operating planning (AOP) process
-Provide support for management tools, including Group Planning Data Model (GPDM), Clarity and HOST Reference Mapping Tool (HerMiT) and resolve issues if any.

-With strong numeric sense and attention to details. Banking or finance knowledge will be an advantage
-Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
knowledge of basic data analysis is a plus
-Good written and spoken English
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
experiences of working with diverse teams
-Strong sense of responsibility and committed to work
willing able to work under pressure and short turnaround time
-Experiences in using GPDM ,Clarity and HerMiT will be an advantage
-2 years or above working experience
