We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
Principal responsibilities :
-Work collaboratively with the Business partners and vendor to develop, deploy and monitor the Data Access Hub Management tools.
-Ability to learn and manage vendor platforms and relationship to ensure HSBC requirements are met and ensure data access is secure and accurate.
-Suggest pro-active solutions to the issues/incidents reported on the Credit Bureau tools
-Document system configurations and versioning. Periodically participate on projects geared to improve process and technology to advance capabilities in the decisioning aspect of external Data Access.
-Take personal responsibility for surfacing and solving issues
-Prepare presentations and develop recommendations for processes
-Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards, policies and practices.

Qualifications :
-Prior experience working in areas of Experience on Linux/DB server environment
-Experience with HTML, JAVA/C++, SQL, XML, JSON
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent written and communication skills
-Excellent inter-personal skills, comfortable and successful establishing professional relationships
-Experience is good Agile/DevOps and application development life cycle
-Exposed to credit bureau business logic, workflow solution and using of bureau data in decision system is preferable
-Experience in Banking domain / Credit Lending / Decisioning domain
-Prior experience in management methodologies (waterfall, agile, package, etc), enterprise planning, estimation, and project management (single and multi-site)
-Experience in providing end-to-end support to production environments
Perfer:
- Experience using JIRA/Confluence
- Good communication including written and oral english
- GCP / AWS cloud certificate is a plus
