General Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading client and project management for a variety of event projects, especially for car show projects, which assigned by director or DGM. Assist project director in leading the team for onsite execution.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Team leader to manage proposals and car show event projects
2. Pitch leader including brief taking, managing internal pitch process, internal meetings, writing briefs, guiding creative development, proposal (PPT) preparation and budgeting
3. Key responsibility for developing winning pitches
4. Event leader including day to day event planning and management, client key interface for projects, lead project team for all deliverables, set time schedule, manage suppliers and budget
5. Key responsibility for project profitability
6. Onsite management and overall responsibility
7. Post-event follow up and evaluations/ external and internal

Competency & Qualifications:

1. 5 years (or plus) of experience in event management, especially in car show field. 3 year as a project leader.
2. Excellent event execution abilities and understanding of car show event processes, technologies and resources.
3. Ato multitask and manage a team.
4. Good time management, coordination and communication skills.
5. University degree or above.
6. Fluent in spoken & writing English and Mandarin.
