General Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for technical support for variety of projects, including designer, production and AV, etc. Assist project director in leading the team for onsite set up & supervision.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to project teams by coordinating the construction, A/V, lighting, power and other technical aspects exhibitions and/or events.
2. Draw construction plans.
3. Select suppliers and manage tendering process and/or estimation process with internal production facility.
4. Audit quotes for cost control and quality.
5. Quality and budget control of production.
6. Onsite setup and coordination / site management.
7. Searching and building library of new materials.
8. Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, designers and project staffs.

Competency & Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years project management experience in Exhibition/Event Industry,construction project management experience will be preferred.
2. In-depth knowledge of pricing, materials, production technics and audio visual technology, both for exhibitions and/or events.
3. Strong responsibility and good communication skills.
4. Able to multitask and manage a team.
5. Good time management, coordination and communication skills.
6. University Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
7. Able to communicate both in English & Mandarin.
