General Responsibilities:

To manage various projects including supervising production of events and communications. To follow up accounts; communicate with clients, make the proposal to client and then make sure those clients requirements are executed on event site.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Multiple client service and project management, covering Event, Conference and Exhibition.
2. Identify suitable events and capture business opportunities through effective selling strategy and personal network relationships
3. Pitch involvement including brief taking, briefing note writing and delivery to all responsible parties.
4. Develop effective and feasible strategy campaigns for the event.
5. Fully responsible for planning and executing the project. Oversee all aspects of an event from initial conceptual idea to the last detail
6. Overall project schedule and budget management
7. Monitor the daily progress of the assigned projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
8. Coordinate and manage all related parties to the event for on time delivery with quality during pre-event, in-event and post-event stages

Competency & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years related practical experience ideally from Events, PR or Advertising agency.
2. Excellent document writing skills including proposal & all kinds of report;
3. Must have a creative mind and be excellent at problem solving;
4. Must be organized and efficient and have the ability to work under pressure;
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills; Flexible and self-motivated.
6. University degree or above, major from Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
7. Fluent in spoken & writing English and Mandarin.
