General Responsibilities:

A business director works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities in the industry, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Work with other department to ensure that the sales pitch aligns with client's mission.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Pro-actively identify and develop high potential target accounts to generating new business sales revenue from Event, Conference and Exhibition.
2. Lead the team to develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish coach network.
3. Manage the team to sell and maintain the existing accounts.
4. Pitch involvement including brief taking, briefing note writing and delivery to all responsible parties.
5. Lead the team to present solution proposal and business fit to decision makers, engage in negotiations and close the deal.
6. Develop effective and feasible strategy campaigns for the event.
7. Responsible to ensure that overall budget is met.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years business development experience from Events, Exhibition, PR or Advertising agency.
2. Strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation, Excellent sales and communication and be an effective write with presentation skills;
3. Ability to think strategically and good time management;
4. Outgoing, social, passionate to tackle challenges.
5. Bachelor degree or above, master's in business administration is preferred.
6. Fluent in both spoken & writing English and Mandarin.
