工作职责:  
?需优化和调整机器人的话术设置和逻辑（商品上新、活动内容话术上新及优化）
?店小蜜关联销售商品添加及实时更新小蜜知识库
?每日查看店小蜜的聊天记录，并对其进行质检和分析，提取、总结用户询问的问题
?店小蜜相关的日报、周报、月报，需要对数据进行解读和分析并作出优化方案（买家咨询热点的分析、检查数据分析，汇总）

岗位要求：

?统招本科及以上学历，2022年毕业生

? 熟悉淘宝，天猫平台规则，有AI训练师初级证书者优先。
?善于沟通，有良好的团队合作精神，能够协助统筹店小蜜运营。
?有良好的逻辑思维能力，能够通过数据，提炼出优化的方法论。
?公平公正，注重细节，有良好的服务意识，执行力好，能够承受工作压力和挑战，适应临时加班。
