We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Developer.

The Credit Control Services IT Data Analytics and IM function:
-Creates a central data lake with a one unified view across Credit Control Services to support credit risk decisioning
-Builds a reporting and dash-boarding platforms for Business Analysis and Intelligence
-Handles Operation Data Sources for decisioning purposes
Embarking on a journey to replace current technology offerings that supports the customer collections Management Information System with Big Data/Big Query and Cloud based Business Intelligence platform across the markets.
The Opportunity:
Candidate should be able to play a senior Devops team member and support analytics development, changes and support activities involving new age technologies Pyspark and R on Hadoop & Cloud platform.
The role would also involve working with the teams to adopt and support the associated tools and processes like CICD pipeline & batch framework. Work with stakeholders understand their change activities and tooling needs and prioritize, work with the ALM teams and deliver the solutions.
What you’ll do：
As a senior Devops member, you will work on the analytics related change requests and new tooling activities of the data teams while supporting the ongoing tools. Also, configure and support the environments in the Onprem Hadoop framework and later in the GCP Bigquery, Qliksense framework.
Actively involve in understanding analytics and reporting change requests, work with the team & stakeholder on low level design, continue with coding/testing and review/ prod deployment.

What you will need to succeed in the role:
- As a senior Devops member, deliver the changes, tools with high quality in stringent timelines working with teams spread in different geographies.
- Be a quick learner and adopt the new emerging technology trends in the service line
- Strong knowledge/working experience of Pyspark, R & Python, with Excellent problem solving skills
- Prior working experience in Cloud technologies GCP, Technical Platform, OAuth 2.0 Access Management protocols, BigQuery & batch processing
- Exposure to DevOps tools like Control M, CI/CD pipeline
What additional skills will be good to have：
- Prior experience working in areas of Analytics and Reports (MI) and driving new points of view and capabilities.
- Experience in working in devops teams involving Pyspark, R in Cloud Env.
- Experience in managing the environment for the following aspects: Availability, Maintainability, Operability, Scalability and Portability
- Experience in Banking domain / Credit Lending / Decisioning domain
- Prior experience in management methodologies (waterfall, agile, package, etc),
- Experience in providing end-to-end support to production environments
