3.完成公司原材料与产品的检测以及生产过程中的质量控制；
4.负责质检团队的培训、管理及考核工作；
5.统计和分析各类质量记录,制定、跟踪并确保各项整改措施完全实施
岗位需求：
* 学历要求：大专以上学历（具有相关经验者可适当放宽）
* 工作经验：2-3年在手袋行业质量管理工作经验
* 计算机技能：办公软件熟练
* 特殊要求：思维敏捷，善于沟通和表达，具备较强的创新能力，能承受工作压力，敢于说“不”
* 工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析及解决问题能力；

* experience in textile (bags, garment, clothes) industry if possible
* serious with work, can analyze and solve problem

We are a 100% foreign owned factory based in South China.
We manufacture and export various technical/ mountain bags and backpacks. Our target is to support SMEs and medium- size brands to produce high quality bags with rather small volumes.
We can provide the latest technical fabrics (Cordura, Gore-Tex, Fiber Glass, etc…) and also using unique techniques like laser cutting, seamless bonding, digital printing for your products.
We own our production in China , as such, we are very involve in the social aspects of the factory, and we are currently working on Social Accountability Certification (SA8000, BSCI, SEDEX).
We currently employ 80 workers. We are always looking for new talents, to be stationed in our factory.
