Job Description：

1. To compile statistics, data analysis and prepare report related to sales activities

2. To collect market information as directed

3. To support and maintain data quality to reach business target & drive for performance improvement

4. To engage & monitor sales inquiries and daily operations for the Key accounts in the region

5. To follow up the AR of Key accounts

6. To collect, centralize and report marketing information

7. To create and prepare presentation material

8. To support Superior and provide backup in various corporate projects and other duties as requested

9. To understand knowledge of the standard operation procedures & systems like AS400, S.P.O.T. ,etc and implement them accordingly

10. Support the local Key Account Management Team to develop and present KPI and reporting tools

to manage customer's expectation on service delivery

11. To assist the Superior to lead business implementation process with operations

12. To escalate the operations and customer issues properly

13. To assist Superior to adjust complaints – trouble shooting

14. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.

Job requirements：

? Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent

? At least 3-5 years of working experience in freight forwarder

? Freight Forwarding

? Computer basic knowledge, MS Office

? English language

? Mandarin language

? Analytic abilities on data analysis, report preparation, and etc.

? Communication & presentation skills

? Team-player

? Proactive

? Can do attitude and go extra miles
