Recruitment 

•     Assist to the recruitment process, and respond to requests for supporting information, letters of offer and preparation of contracts.

Orientation

•   Coordinate and support for the new hire orientation and induction process with other departments 

 Employee Service and Relationship

•        Assist to Expat Staffs’ work permits, work visa, temperate residence record, and residence permits including outdoor duties to contact government departments
•        Implement the procedure on attendance management
•        Commercial Medical Insurance for Expats staff and PRC staff

Remuneration and Payment

•      Maintain Staff filing to ensure personal filings are in full and completion

•      Checking the required data and then upload data accurately basing on defined process
•      Collect and update monthly payroll adjustment, like attendance, OT, duty fee and etc., and prepare payroll in payroll system
