职位描述
The Assistant Consultant (Analyst) at Fragomen is an entry level position that supports Consultant on the processing of visa, work permits and other immigration authorizations. He/She must have good multi-tasking skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be client service focused. They must also be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English and Mandarin. The Assistant Consultant (Analyst) is expected to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues by delivering high quality, accurate work product on schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare necessary application package for immigration related applications, liaising with clients and colleagues to coordinate for the collection of relevant supporting documents;
Update case status in Fragomen Connect system in accordance with internal processes and best practices;
Follow up application progress with the immigration authorities and provide clients and colleagues with regular update on application status;
Draft and file applications/ petitions with government agencies, including research information from different sources;
Learn about and maintain a working knowledge of the Chinese immigration regulation and practices;
Assist colleagues with review of cases and new case pipeline;
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents according to internal processes;
Assist in general translation of China immigration documents for our clients at related government agencies if needed;
Follow internal policies on risk management, use of Fragomen Connect, Efiles, best practices and IT usage
Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least a Bachelors in any discipline; Major in Law, foreign language or Human Resource is preferred;
Experience with some proceeding immigration, expatriate service or visa related work is preferred;
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin;
Demonstrate attention to details, accuracy and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
