Responsibility of Position:

· Be the Technology focal point and PF reprehensive to the tire application customers. Report to Asia Technology Director, manage, promote and follow up customer's technical needs for tire cord/fabric related PF products in Asia region. Drive a closure for every individual customer's need.


· Build up relationships with Customers, with internal Sales, Marketing, and Production teams. Learn and be updated on customer's products and their equipment

.
· Initiate quarterly technical review meeting with customers and visit their operations. Provide technical assistance to the customers. Give this high priority. Educate customers so that they understand our processes and products.


· Work closely with Asia Operation team, manage new fabric qualifications to increase PF's market share.


· Work closely with Technology team both at Asia and Globally, locate and manage the technical resource and support to fabric specification, quality improvement, and communicate effectively internally and externally.


· Manage the technical service team, provide guideline and evaluation to team members


· Analyze competitor's products.
· Implement computer database and any other relevant information managing system for a practical and manageable customer database.


· Participate in trade shows and technical conference to enhance the business/ technical knowledge.
Be member of new product development team.

Experience / Education
· 1-10 year experience in polymer fiber and/or tire business
Min MSc degree in Polymer Chemistry, Physics or Engineering, or Rubber related discipline.
