Responsibilities:

· 维护并优化与生产相关的化工原材料体系
· 优化原材料品质，提高最终产品品质及提高最终产品综合竞争力
· 协助HSE完成化工产品使用的审批，评估
· 领导新产品开发，就新产品评估与全球技术小组沟通
· 为客户组织新产品应用研讨会
· 协助为技术员和操作工举办的培训技术
内部产品规格管理

· 领导提高质量的工作项目
· 在工作中广泛应用6个标准差的工具
· 积极主动参与欧洲和美国技术同行的合作

工作经验与学历要求

· 与生产、质量和客户的良好沟通技巧
· 能与生产、质量和客户建立良好关系

具备一定的ISO知识

· 大学以上化学工程专业 ， 3年以上生产，研究工作经验

· 本科以上学历，5年左右从事技术研发或支持服务工作；若是硕士学历可2年以上工作经验。
