1、接听转接总机电话，收发信件；

2、预订公司工作餐；

3、协调与快递公司之间的各项工作，登记并派发快递给同事；

4、保安登记表格打印如，物流、生产员工下班检查表、外来访人员访问、内部人员访问、施工、设备人员访问登记表复印；

5、接待来访客人，并通报相关部门；

  6、每月对账如：顺丰、EMS、订餐、员工班车、名片印章印刷订制、庆华机票的费用及分摊；

7、协助各部门预订酒店、火车票、飞机票，订制名片、印章；

8、面试人员登记派表，并通知相关领导或人事面试；

9、供应商送货需清点后收货，确认盖章验收以及入库工作；

10、协助一楼和二楼相关文件的传递工作。

任职要求：

1、学历：中专或以上学历

2、经验：有前台工作经验优先。
