We are a Germany based company, supplying our goods to the biggest European food discounter on project-based orders.

    

    

To support our German HQ and Shenzhen Team, we are currently seeking for

    

    

Supplier Quality Engineers / SQE -QC/QA

    

    

The primary purpose of our new SQE Team member will be to control the quality of

    

Supplier’s production results and to guide our manufacturer for improving their overall quality and QC processes and standards by travelling to their factories on a daily base

    

    

Product ranges:

    

？ Household and Home appliances

    

？ BBQ / Grills and its related equipment

    

？ Personal Care

    

？ CE/Audio/BT

    

    

Working area / Place of living:

    

？ Your working area will be mostly in Guangdong province

    

？ Your place of living must be close to our supplier factories mostly located in Foshan/Shunde/Zhongshan/Dongguan

    

    

Your duties:

    

？ Through interaction with the internal company and factory QA/QC teams, ensure all aspects to secure a Factory Quality System are actively addressed, developed, and realized in compliance with the appropriate regulatory and internal standards.

    

？ Technical assistance and technical follow-up of Product changes / adjustments / developments before and during production in close co-work with our HQ Technology Center, HQ PM and Merchandise Team.

    

？ Perform product online checks during mass production according to our company regulation and product requirements.

    

？ Visit suppliers and potential supplier’s factory plants on a daily base

    

    

Your skills:

• advanced command of written and spoken English

        

ü Perfect and professional handling of MS Office programs (e.g., Excel)

• strong ability to find and solve problems

        

ü Mature, reliable, self-initiative, attentive to details and able to work independently with the ability to get things done

• familiar with IQC / PQC / OQC - general inspection processes
• familiar with European and US safety standards and regulations
• familiar with the topic’s pre-shipment inspection, golden sample, Inline mass production check
• technical based University degree is an advantage
• Several years of experience in the work field of this job offer

                        

ü Very good technical (electrical & mechanical) knowledge and understanding of the above-mentioned product ranges, development skills is an advantage

    

ü Keen knowledge of Production and Quality Management processes are preferred

    

ü Knowledge about Molding/tooling and manufacturing processes is an advantage

    

ü Willing to work in a factory environment and travel to visit our supplier and their production plants according to the required job duties
