Work together with the COC’s in developing new concepts/material to ensure the new requirement can be realized smoothly for mass production within project time phase.

Initiate reasonable solutions together with the COC’s to optimize designs of Packaging to ensure that the product with packaging can meet the release requirements.

Initiate packaging process/lay-out design for both finish goods and WIP to ensure the mass production can be realized within the efficiency requirements and on the defined PPM levels.

Provide Engineering support to the Purchasing Department by assessing the technical capability of suppliers during audits.

Direct & work with suppliers on new technical/design changes to ensure the packaging products can meet release requirements;

Analyze, evaluate and discuss with COCs on all CPs realization, in order to make sure all the new requirement can be reasonable raised, approved and properly implemented;

Collect & analyze related information in the agile and/or the Prodoc Systems to set-up the basic structure of SAP BOM for product and service parts to ensure the SAP BOM has been set up without mistakes and in time.

Design independently the packaging method of service parts to ensure the service parts can be fully protected through the transportation process and the packaging is an efficiently design for customers.

Initiate/Participate in improvement plans related to packaging of final products and individual parts to ensure we can get good usual parts and products.

Initiate and specify the functional requirements of packaging related equipment to ensure the equipment is designed properly for the production requirement.

Provide engineering support for production to ensure the packaging process can be conducted always under right control.

Build up and maintain key packaging engineering knowledge for CL products.

Facilitate any co-design activities for new packaging concepts and/or any other commercial articles of our suppliers for the commercial department.

Work with SCM for product phase out obs material salvage activities

Provide support to purchasing dept. in order to make sure the technical ability of the supplier can be correctly assessed.

Lead zhuhai Life Cycle management to work together with COC LCM dept to manage all engineering changes to make sure all improvement initiatives get well prioritized and implemented.

Coaching / training and working guidance for LCM group staff, continuous build up / maintain / improve the core technical knowledge / competence, especially for troubleshooting capability to adapt fast product portfolio change and quality assurance requirement.
