JOB TITLE: Logistics & Inspections Coordinator
Location: Taojin, Guangzhou, China
Starting date: Immediately – Full time
Job Summary:
Arrange and follow up the logistic of orders and inspections/audits in factories.
Responsible for:
- making sure products are processed through the entire logistic chain efficiently and safely,
- making sure inspections and factory audits are organised properly and timely.
Main Responsibilities:
1/ Logistics
- Coordinate suppliers and forwarders operations, be responsible for documents required for import-export customs clearance process,
- Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay (Including by air, by sea, by rail, and international express.),
- Keep costs down where possible.
2/ Inspections, Audits
- Coordinate inspectors with suppliers for inspection and audit,
- Follow up the inspection schedule,
- Transfer the necessary information to our inspectors,
- Check the inspection report.
Requirements:
Basics:
- Basic English, be able to work in an English environment,
- A familiarity with import-export,
- College degree or above college preferred, experience often may substitute for education,
- Basic knowledge of international logistics.
Experience:
- Experience in an international trading company,
- Experienced in furniture industry is a plus,
- Experienced with ERP system is a plus.

REMUNERATION AND OPPORTUNITIES
- Salary: 6000-6500 RMB (After tax)
- Probation: 2 months

职位简述:
安排与跟进订单物流全程,以及安排验货、验厂。
职责:
- 确保大货在整个物流过程中有效以及安全地流通。
- 确保验货以及验厂按时有序进行。
主要职责:
1/船务
· 协调货代及供应商,配合货代及供应商进行进出口报关报检的文件处理
· 根据客户要求提供合理的物流方案规划。(包括国际空运、海运、国际快递、火车等不同运输方式)
· 提高物流效率的同时尽可能降低物流成本
2/验货、验厂
· 协调检查员与供应商进行验货、验厂,
· 跟进验货计划,
· 将必要的信息(检验标准等)传递给验货员,
· 检查检验报告。
职位要求:
基本:
· 英文水平可工作交流,能适应外资公司全英工作环境
· 熟悉进出口流程
· 大专学历及以上优先,货代、国际贸易等相关专业尤佳
· 具备国际物流的基本知识
经验:
· 具有在外贸公司的工作经验
· 若有家具行业经验更佳
· 若有ERP系统操作经验更佳
技能:
· 细心,做事细致

薪酬与机会
- 工资:6000-6500 元/月(税后) ,五险一金。
- 试用期:2个月
