1.Leading brand operation team and factory operation team to track production schedule, communciate internal departments, communicate between factory and US/regions to have POs delivered on time. 

2.Production capacity analysis to have vendors’ capacity meet the demand from the forecast. Prepare 5-year plan with factory for strategic plan. Pre-warning capacity issues with suggestions. Support Continuity program to eliminate capacity pressure during peak months.

3.Support team member to update systems and work for 1st confirmed XF date of monthly buy and process efficiency, lead projects such as Continuity etc. 

4.Approve additional  production molds based on FLR forecast and PO downloading.  

5.Responsible for the training, development and management of talent within organization    

6.Other requests from director and VP.

Qualifications:

1.More than 8 years’ experience in reputable footwear company at manager level in planning, familiar with footwear production procedure.

2.Strong process adherence.

3.Knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc, experience in PLM and GTN system

4.Good English communication and coaching skill.

5.Strong leadership skills coupled with a desire and ability for continuous learning/ self-development.  6.Project management skill and customer focused.
