• To manage and grow production team in order to be able to manage the business activity and future business plan
• To make sure the compliance of factory up to Puma requirement: Validity of Manufacturing Agreement/Validity of Letter of Authorization/Validity of PLIP: Products Liability Insurance Program
• Consolidate the capacity offer from suppliers for every season, share it with internal related party: Order management / R&D in HKG
• Get the forecast allocation
• Analyze / identify risk and work with related internal parties: OM, R&D in HKG or suppliers to propose the solution to the business plan
• To manage with the team and suppliers on daily basic in coordination with internal party such as Quality, Orders Fulfilment
• Order / Production / On time delivery management
• Proactively communicate with customers if the status of orders is changed: Shortage /delay, quality issues
• Customer claims and make judgment if customer claims are acceptable, negotiate claim settlement with suppliers and follow up on claim settlement payments.
• Identify gaps of suppliers’ internal communication / process / procedure in handling
• PUMA orders, highlight to suppliers’ teams for improvement. Share best practices among suppliers to all including PUMA team.
• Support / follow up special requirement / special project related to production /shipment

Job Requirements:

• University, preferably in merchandising, business management
• 10 years or above in garment business
• Patient, Goal-oriented personality and cross-cultural sensitivity 
• Flent English,Excellent presentation skills
