What this job involves:

Responsible for delivering finance services, including managing payments to IFM suppliers, calculate monthly expense accrual, revenue accrual and period close, coordinate JLL Client billings, to account team on timely and accurate manner while enforcing and complying with Jones Lang LaSalle’s accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Aged AR- updates, follow up, consolidate responses and provide updates to mgt/regional team
2. Raise Payment Request for AU Accounts, including invoices from foreign vendor & Process Internal Fund Request & Follow up status
3. Monthly reconciliation, analysis and related adjustment journal preparation.
4. Month end and monthly financial reporting
5. Preparation of monthly Rolling Forecast and yearly budgeting for each function and input
6. Contract creation and assessment preparation for clients
7. Vendor creation request & Customer Creation
8. Assisting with other ad-hoc work as required.

Requirements:

1.       Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.

2.       Good command of spoken and written English

3.       AP and AR and Data Analysis experiences in BPO finance across APAC will be a plus.

4.       Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes.

5.       Excel-based reporting will be advantageous
