Job Responsibilities:

1. Working with business department/function on regular P&L analysis , review the result, drive for continues business performance improvement.

2. Working with segment leaders on price, product, customer analysis to improve the overall margin.

3. Working together with Regional finance team for any system upgrade and process optimization projects when needed.

4. Regular management reporting and analysis.

5. Work with other business controllers to finish the budget and forecast per group schedule

    

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above degree, Major in Finance, Accounting

2. More than 3 years finance experience, prefer previously FP&A experience, with GL and costing background

3. Prefer good knowledge of IT systems and BI tools

4. Previous ERP system implementation experience is preferred

5. Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin

6. Self-motivation person, excellent team player

7. Willing to work under pressure
