I       BROAD FUNCTION

          Describe the position’s basic objective and scope

• Responsible for BT products selling in responsible area, develop, maintain, train sub dealers, improve turnover of each sub dealer, maintain and improve brand image and awareness by frequent visit and merchandising.

II        PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Outline the major duties and roles necessary to accomplish the objectives of the job. (Do attach additional sheets if necessary)

• Formulate and implement local business development initiatives in responsible area;
• Distributor development, maintenance, and training
• Enhance brand image and awareness through product display, showroom, and decoration corner etc in retail stores.
• Improve product turnover, conversion rate in reach distribution store
• Work with application team to assist customers with technical and quality issues,
• Collect market, competitor’s information and improve service level together with support team.
• Adapt sales & marketing programs in response to market developments.
• Execute in-time progress of sales & marketing activities  

IV      REQUIREMENTS

1)          EDUCATION

• Colleague degree or above

2)           EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years’ experience in HVAC or related business
• Familiar with Zhejiang construction marketing;
• Strong motivation, discipline in self-management;
• Training and marketing experience
• Hardworking, willing to bear hardships, can adapt to business trip.

3)           SKILLS

• MS software;
• Good communication skill;
• Good training skill
• Problem solving;
