职位描述

?Provide administrative support to multiple Senior level team leaders

?Schedule and manage calendars and complex travel arrangements across different time zones

?Provide administrative support to multiple Senior level team leaders

?Expense reconciliation and report management

?Coordinate meetings, activities, and communications on behalf of the Senior level team leaders

?Support administrative teams across the organization on various projects

?Plan team meetings and work closely with team leaders

?Review and proof-read planning documents and presentations 

?Special projects as assigned

 

? Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience supporting Senior high-level executives team leaders specifically, within technology industry

?Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly in a diplomatic manner

?Unflappable, flexible, and can overcome a learning curve quickly

?Extremely strong communication skills on multiple platforms and mediums (email, text, in person, video calls, etc.)
