- For our Energy Sector in Guangzhou,we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer/供应商质量.

What are my responsibilities?

- SQM framework

- Drive implementation and maintain a prevention-oriented SQM strategy and framework, based on - Corporate/Sector/Division/BU SQM requirements

- Processes

- Based on SQM requirements, define, implement and maintain the cross-functional prevention oriented SQM related processes, methods and responsibilities to reach OC's business and quality targets. According to the "Policy of Siemens Supplier Quality Management", cross-functional cooperation includes processes such as categorization of quality relevant suppliers, supplier selection, supplier qualification, sourcing decision, completion of the supplier-/product-related and scope of delivery-related qualification, supplier quality performance evaluation, supplier development, communication with suppliers, quality performance management, supplier quality audits, driving of management escalation processes as required.

- Planning and controlling

- Derive SQM targets and supplier quality related KPI's in alignment with the OC's business and quality targets and Sector/Division/BU requirements.

- Audits and assessments

- Define and implement a framework for supplier quality audits and assessments. Coordinate supplier quality audit program. Align with BU, Sector, Division and Corporate requirements. Monitor and ensure effectiveness of supplier quality audit process.

- Supplier quality issue solving

- Ensure all supplier related issues are resolved in a timely manner, and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate.

- Relationship enhancement

- Responsible for the identification of needs, implementation and resource planning and execution of the following measures:

- SQM for R&D

- Establish necessary technical competencies for supplied goods.

- Consult on supplied goods for R&D in early project stages to ensure best fitting supplier choice

- SQM in supplier selection

- Provide supplier performance information as input for cross-functional sourcing team.

- Provide all SQM input for ToCo driven risk-minimizing sourcing decision and be active member of sourcing team.

- SQM in the definition and realization of supplied goods

- Definition, implementation and controlling of prevention-oriented qualification measures for supplied goods introduction process

- Involve R&D responsible in active collaboration with suppliers for risk minimization.

- SQM in Serial production/failure management

- Establish supplied-good related non-conformance management, including necessary competencies for root-cause analysis.

- Support supplier with technical expertise in the definition and verification of implemented corrective actions on supplier’s side

- on demand. Establish system for supplier caused non-conformance cost tracking.

- Support procurement in NCC negotiations with suppliers

- SQM in supplier development

- Identify suppliers with potential risks from a SQM perspective and identify SQM measures for supplier development.

- Development of collaboration with suppliers to support a "Quality partnership"

- Initiate BU-specific supplier SQM related improvement programs, in correlation with cross-functional partners aligned with

- Sector/Corporate programs

- SQM for supplier evaluation

- Ensure consistent SQM input in the BU for supplier evaluation process

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Above 3 years experience in sourcing/procurement/engineering

- University degree and above, major in Automation

- CQE, black belt is plus

- Above 2 years experience in project management, PMP certification is plus

- Willing to share and team work

- Good commend of English
