Job Description

1. Prepare Report, Documents, Contracts and data archiving.
2. Collect and compile data from PM, analyze data, situations and generate new ideas of products.
3. In charge of sourcing of technical tools and marketing materials.
4. Prepare payment request of product samples.
5. Assist PM with preparation of project schedule.
6. Assist PM with  project related travel arrangements, for instance, visit supplier.
7. Arrange meetings and conference call.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree  with prior experience as an administrative assistant.

2. 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role.

3. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT and Project.

4. Excellent communication and writing skills in English is a must.

4、具有统计汇总检验报表能力，熟练掌握MS office编辑软件。
