工作职责：

－协助业务团队进行内部员工的招聘工作，运用主动搜寻等各种渠道招募优秀的内部候选人；

－人员入离职手续的办理，以及合同、试用期管理评估的跟进；

－安排组织协调内部员工培训；

－协助进行内部员工绩效KPI管理等工作，并进行持续改进；

－员工活动的组织安排，参与企业文化建设；

－其他行政类工作；

任职资格：

－本科学历，英文4级水平；

－ 2年左右人事行政相关经验，有猎头工作经验或猎头公司内部人事行政经验的优先考虑；

－性格外向开朗，具有创造性思维；

－工作细致并愿意发挥影响力。
