Job responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including but not limited to the preparation of vouchers, accounting schedules, bank reconciliation, and various accounting reports

Update IFRS’s, prepare financial statements accordingly

Supervise and lead subordinates to preform daily accounting and financial operations

Meet tight deadlines for month end closing

Analyze data and cost elements and prepare management reports

Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises

Monitor daily cash flow

Closely work with other departments and ensure all procedures meet company standard and accounting compliances

Liaise with auditors in connection with annual audit process

Other ad hoc assignments

Job requirements:

At least 3 years of working experience in accounting field is required, preferably in Fabric and garment industry

Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or Finance is preferred

Familiar with Vietnam accounting standard is preferred

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in Vietnamese is preferred but not a must

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)

Co-ordination with good communication skills

An effective team player & positive attitude

Self-motivated and willing to learn
