Skills Required 

Demonstrated superior English writing, listening, as well as speaking skills. 

Comfortable working with numbers as well as written composition in English and Chinese, with an emphasis on English.

Able express ideas clearly and with logic. 

Attention to detail and precision in work assignments

Strong analytical skills, comfort with basic statistics, and an ability to examine logic. 

Local geographic knowledge of the city. Superior competence with MS Office products and Windows platform in general. 

Tech savvy a plus, knowledge of design software a plus.   

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Fresh graduates with exposure to a corporate setting welcome to apply. 

International exposure through education and or past employment 

Knowledge of the property industry desirable from a developer, investor, or related perspective. 

One year of experience in a property or research role
