Job Description:
Following up all the affairs of shipments after booking released, such as:
1. Handle relative enquires from customers by calls or mails;
2. Prepare internal documents for B/L creation;
3. Issue all relative reports for management reference;
4. Actions on manifest handled, such as close, submit etc;
5. Issue bill, arrange telex release, arrange 3rd place payment;
6. Handle special cases, such as lost bill, return cargo, etc.
1. 处理客户的咨询邮件及回复来电;
2. 为提单制作准备内部文件;
3. 完成相关报表作为管理层参考;
4. 舱单处理,例如关舱单,申报舱单;
5. 打印及发放提单, 安排电放,安排第三方付款;
6. 处理一些特殊事件,比如丢失提单、退运等。
Requirements:
1. College graduates or above, logistics and shipping majors are preferable;
2. One-year shipping company working experience is preferable. Be familiar with S/I procedure, 24h manifest procedure and payment procedure;
3. CET-4 or above, fluent oral/ writing English ability;
4. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc;
5. Good communication skills & have strong teamwork spirit;
6. Independent, stable, self-motivated, hardworking and responsible;
7. Can stand working pressure, willing to work overtime;
8. Good customer service consciousness.
1. 大专及以上学历;
2. 熟悉海运单证及付款出单流程,一年及以上船公司相关经验优先考虑;
3. CET-4及以上,英文书写流利;
4. 熟练操作电脑,包括Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint等;
5. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神;
6. 能在压力下工作,独立工作,稳定性强,自我驱动性强;
7. 能承受工作压力,接受加班;
8. 有良好的客户服务意识。
