职位描述
工作岗位职责：负责本公司名下所有物业商铺的招商租赁工作，负责商铺租赁合同的起草及执行，办理租赁手续等相关事务。
岗位要求：
1.在物业招商方面有3年以上工作经验的，熟悉房屋租赁条例的。
2.拥有固定客户资源，良好的网络人际关系的最佳。
3.有房地产中介工作经验的尤佳。
4.此职位要求员工能够稳定，对公司忠诚，做事负责任，听从公司工作安排，反应敏捷,工作主动积极，能独立处理事情。
