我们的客户是一家知名的国内卫浴集团有限公司。
Job Responsibility: 岗位职责：
1． 根据年度经营目标制定相应的整体计划与执行方案，对渠道整体目标负责；
2．制定平台运营策略和分解目标，并推动实施；
3．对推广效果、相关运营数据进行跟踪、评估，及时提出合理的营销改进方案与措施；
4．负责制定平台推广策略，分析用户的购物习惯及消费心理，监督运营计划和推广资源的使用；
5．及时了解行业竞品信息及销售情况，了解商品流行趋势，及时进行反应回馈；
6．确保渠道店铺的合规运营。
Job Requirements: 岗位需求：
1．本科及以上学历，3年以上电商运营经验，具有家电、卫浴和家具电商运营经验优先。
2．天猫淘宝运营3年以上工作经验，熟悉天猫淘宝店铺各种规则，熟悉淘系运营生态；
3．对市场变化具有快速准确的反应能力，并拥有一定的渠道及客户资源；
4．有较强的沟通及统筹能力，带领设计、策划、客服、推广等团队人员共同完成店铺指标；
5．对数据敏感，逻辑思维清晰；擅长对行业以及竞争对手分析，并给出相应的策略方案。
6．有较强的学习欲望和能力，责任心强。
