Overall Purpose of Job:
-First task: Enhance the sales force and extend GF branding and positive influence in local design institutes, potential contractors and consultant company, especially in Project .
- Second task: To support and perform the task of projects management and solving customer's complaints concerning productions application.
- Other related activities when assigned by the management.
Main Tasks
- To Keep good communication and regular productions presentation with hot persons at design institutes or important contractors, consultant company.
- To prepare the technical training material and contact with sales to arrange seminar with Key account and target clients..
- To help the sales force to maximize their active service time by procuring special documentation, carrying out extended investigations, handling of tenders and projects, etc.
- To support at customer's site as arranged with the respective sales technician.
- To provide technical assistance to the sales engineers and customers as regards choice of products, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, etc.
- To provide technical assistance to the service administration.
- To Grundfos brand in PI/GI area. Present Grundfos value and advantage.
- To involve in project sales like that of visiting customers and their sites to be abreast of local conditions, procurement of plans and prospects, contact with sub-contractors, etc.
- To be attentive to competitor's interference and report to the Management.
- To respond customer's inquires and give a brief explanation of the technical problem, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance.
- To communicate with the respective product specialists or other suppliers, where local problem solving is not available.
Other tasks as management assigned.
