Position Summary:
? Remote support post sales issues, troubleshooting customer's problems through phone & other remote tools to achieve or improve customer satisfaction. Optimizing working process of China online support team to make sure high service level and high customer satisfaction, improve online support capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide accurate and reasonable technical support remotely to ensure our customer get excellent service experience.
? Be the contact window of Online and Field service team.
? Keep optimizing working process of China online support team to make sure high service level and high customer satisfaction.
? Work with team closely to keep improving technical capability and online support capacity.
? Be responsible for knowledge base construction and maintenance.
? Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in chemical analysis , pharmaceutical or a related field
? Experience within the chemical-analytical industry
? Sound knowledge of LC and MS technology
? Strong Online communication skills
? Willing to learn new technologies and applications
? Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
? Good web, Word, and Excel capabilities
? Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills.
? A team player and self-starter with strong organization skills
