1. 统筹区域内的所有付款；

   Oversee all accounts payable in the regions.

2. 落实付款报销流程及完善货款费用审核制度，定期组织业务人员培训；

   Implement payable reimbursement process,  improve vendor payment approval system and conduct relevant training for business departments.       

3. 统筹与编制季度/月度/周度滚动应付账款预测表；

   Plan and generate payable forecast reports (quarterly/monthly/weekly).

4. 应付账款账务处理与审核；

   Insert and ensure correct payable data on Company’s finance system.    

5. 负责梳理与制定、优化预算管理制度及流程制度，使预算与实际支付相吻合；

   Develop and optimize budgeting management and relevant process, and ensure alignment of budget and actual payment.  

6. 定期对应付账面记录进行账龄分析，建立应付数据/报表与业务逻辑关系体系；

   Conduct regular age analysis on account payable, establish logic between payable data/reports and business.  

7. 持续优化应付会计组的标准工作流程、人员分工及相关制度，出具工作指引与开展培训工作。

   Continuously optimize work standard procedure, work assignments and relevant regulations of AP team. Develop work guidelines and relevant professional training.

任职要求

Qualifications:

1. 本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、统计学等财经类相关专业，英语四级以上；

  Bachelor’s Degree or above in Financial Management, Accounting, Statistics or relevant financial majors. CET-4 or above is required.

2. 了解国家财经政策和会计、熟悉应付结算业务，数据敏感性强；

  Familiar with state financial policy and accounting practices. Very familiar with standard AP practices and procedures. Strong data analytical skills.   

3. 熟悉运用Office软件，尤其是Excel软件，能熟悉Excel VBA优先；

  Highly proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel. Familiar with Excel VBA is highly preferable.  

4. 善于处理流程性事务、良好的学习能力、独立工作能力；

  Able to work with ambiguity with good learning agility in business process setting.

5. 具备较强的沟通与协调能力、总结与分析能力，创新及抗压能力；

  Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to handle stress properly.

6. 拥有电商应收应付工作经验优先。

  Exposure in e-commerce is highly preferable.
