Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Report to: Operation Manager

Team: 6 people

1. Distribute and monitor daily maintenance activites and ensure plans are executed accordingly;

2. Analyze daily top maintenance issue, and provide counter measure together with the team；

3. Understand IATF16949 requirement and integration to maintenance activities;

4. Constantly review preventive maintenance schedule in mechanical or electrical area, monitoring the

operating status and analyzing the PM result;

5. Review spare parts list and control inventory level, achieve the monthly IH quote;

6. Team player, able to work as a team to achieve common goal;

7. Developing training schedule and make the training be followed on schedule, training,

evaluation;

8. Implement new ideas to the shop floor as continous improvement;

9. Generate comprehensive report to present weekly, and monthly maintenance activites;

10. Supplier development; generate pool of suppliers to support maintenance operation.

Main aim of job:

Over look entire shop floor maintenance activities and facility maintenance; lead and develop a group of maintenance engineers and technicans to achieve the define maintenance KPI and to achieve organizational goal.

Optimize machine's up time with effective maintenance plan, quick respond toward machine related problem. Ensure greatest availability of machines, and facilities by developping and initiating technical correction. Cost effective maintenance plan and bring out the best result at the same time. Identify possible weakness of work stations, and implement continously improvement activities.
