主要职责：

岗位职责：  

1.严格按作业规范操作，及时高质量完成维修任务；  

2.分析维修的返修机的故障原因，并跟踪解决问题；  

3.及时反馈维修中发现的异常问题，学习提高维修技能；  

4.保管和使用维修用料和工具等，降低维修成本;  

5.确定最具成本效益的维修/解决方案，以***限度地减少客户停机时间;  

6.准备报告，分析产品故障趋势和服务能力问题。  

  

经验和教育：   

- 电子相关专业大专以上学历。   

- 至少2 - 4年的相关经验，会看电路图，手焊娴熟。   

- 逻辑分析问题，可以有效解决问题。    

- 思维开放，乐于学习，有良好的团队合作精神。  

- 半导体行业经验者优先。
