职位介绍：

1. 根据事业部战略发展规划，制定天猫新零售店铺整体策略，包括：年度核心策略、产品运营策略、渠道运营策略等；
2. 制定天猫新零售店铺每月运营计划，拆解核心数据指标，确保销售业绩及重点产品达成；
3. 针对电商新零售店铺日常管理，包括店铺商品管理，产品上下架、库存管理、门店信息管理，阿里掌柜等运营管理、服务监控管理等
4. 负责店铺资源对接，包括天猫资源、集团资源、团队内部资源（美工、客服、后端），制定年/月度营销活动规划及推动执行，确保营销效果达成；
5. 整合内外部资源，制定每个阶段的营销策略及推广策略，合理控制费用支出，优化推广ROI

要求：

1. 本科及以上学历
2. 6年以上相关工作经验
3. 有线上+线下工作经验优先考虑
