1、负责施工现场管理，解决施工中出现的问题。确保项目按质按量完成。

2、协调好与建设单位、设计单位、监理单位、地方主管部门、分包单位等各方面的关系，确保施工项目管理目标的实现。

3、对项目分包的进度、质量、安生和文明施工等实施监督，协调、管理并全面负责。

4、负责项目现场的机电（水、暖、电）工程管理，以及机电的交付竣工验收；

5、负责机电设备选型、招投标、供应商考察等相关配合工作。

6、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
