岗位名称：市场/营销/新媒体运营专员（薪酬面议）

岗位职责：

1、根据公司营销策略提出相关的市场和营销策划方案；

2、负责各类文案撰写，参与图文设计和修饰，为公司的营销和推广提供强有力的图文支持；

3、参与对外宣传、展示、媒体的视频拍摄及后期制作；

4、负责自媒体平台（微信、微博、短视频、直播等）的搭建、规划和日常运维；

5、及时掌握新闻热点，紧跟市场趋势，结合公司的品牌定位和产品形象策划优质高传播性的内容和活动，增加品牌曝光度；

6、整理并分析新媒体渠道和营运数据，通过数据分析发现问题，并提出可行性解决方案。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，广告传媒、营销策划类相关专业优先；

2、无经验要求，应届毕业生亦可；

3、有较强的文案能力；

4、能熟练运用电脑进行图文编辑、设计、视频剪辑等；

5、创意能力强、思维敏捷、善于沟通，具备高度的工作热情和责任心。
