职位描述
Position Title: QC inspector
Location: Guangzhou TianHe Area, China
Position Reports To: Director of Asia Operations
Duties & Responsibilities:
Product inspection
Packaging inspection
Factory compliance with social, ethical and security standards as dictated by the Chinese Government, interDesign, and interDesign’s retailers
Work with factories and testing labs to ensure that required product testing is completed
Maintain familiarity with US and China laws, regulations and requirements
Other duties assigned by the Director of Asia Operations and US headquarters
Education Requirement:
? Junior College Degree, preferably in Engineering or QC/QA related field
Experience Requirement:
? Exporting consumer products from China to the United States preferably Houseware or Bathroom products.
? Previous experience with major US retailers is a plus (e.g. Walmart, Target etc.)Familiarity with manufacturing in a factory environment
? Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
? Fluent in written and spoken English
? Self-motivated and well organized
Work Environment:
? Frequent travel to factory locations
? Accessibility to US office via conference call
