1.Issuing Invoice  开具销售Invoices，增值税发票;

2. AR management, weekly report, cooperate with sale Dept. including sales accounts checking, payment tracking, etc.

应收账款管理,周报, 协助销售部门做好对帐、回款跟踪等工作;

3.Input VAT Invoice verification & checking; 进项增值税发票的认证及进项税额检查;

4. Prepare and record Daily related entry; 负责日常相关凭证的录入;

5. Vouchers /export documents filing and management; 会计凭证/出口文件的归档和管理;

6. Payment Request /payment request checking, 付款申请及付款申请审核;

7. Client/Supplier basic information audit; 供应商/客户资料审核

8. Support on monthly closing procedure for finance reports; 协助完成月度结账及财务报表;

9. Other work assigned by the Manager.完成财务部负责人交办的其他工作.

任职要求：

1. Major in Finance or Accounting; 财务会计相关专业

2. At least 6 months relevant working experience in accounting; 会计领域6月以上经验

3. Able to read and write in English; 借助翻译软件，能看懂英文及简单书写

4. Team-work & good communication; 良好的团队精神和沟通能力

5. Good at MS office. 通晓Ms office软件
